They would be free from any tension regarding time or money and would be always prepared for their classes and their h omework. The opposition would say that this program would require heavy funding from the political relation which could harm the popular treasury of the country. But, when we ponder over it then many productive outcomes emerge, if we adopt this approach. Currently, many under positive countries consist of children who are uneducated and there is a high literacy rate prevailing in those countries. .
